Brew for You: Simple Mantra

Today’s Brew for You: repeat this mantra silently or out loud to re-center yourself. Standing with feet shoulder width apart, hands soft and finger tips pointing to the base of the tree or sea, slowly move your finger tips out and up then circling them down your entire body head to toe, while repeating 3+ times: “Through the sand, the breeze, the sun the sea, the energy of life flows through me.” Or while near trees: “Through the roots, the trunk, the branches, the leaves, the energy of life flows through me.” Ahhhh.
