My suggestion: Embrace the winds of change.

This flagpole is what keeps this glorious flag from flying away in the windy storm. The pole stays grounded while the flag changes shape. The flag doesn’t resist, it allows. It twists, flaps, bends, & gets wet. It trusts the security of the steadfast flagpole. This is the energy we have going on in the heavens above which offers us a pocket of opportunity. As changes occur in your life, especially the unexpected ones, use your grounding practices to secure your footing (flagpole), then allow yourself (flag) to move With the wind (not against it) as your embrace the changes. Whether it is the most challenging change or the most pleasurable change, the release point for this energy is to give yourself permission to express your emotions safely, as the changes occur. You can do it in community, therapy, or privately: cry, yell, scream, stomp, paint, draw, sculpt, laugh, dance, drum, exercise, whatever your modality is, do that.
